Lester Young: Transcription of the Astounding "After You've Gone," BONUS For Paying Subscribers

When I posted it in this series, Young’s amazing 1938 solo on “After You’ve Gone,” from a radio broadcast, created quite a sensation. Now, as a bonus for Paying Subscribers, saxophonist Carl Woideck, author of books on Bird and Trane, shares his carefully notated transcription of what Pres plays. He made this in 2016.
